On-the-Job Training for NEW EMPLOYEES - On-the-Job (OJT) training is designed to provide occupational training in your work environment and to your specifications. Through this service, companies can be reimbursed up to 50% of the wages paid to a training participant (maximum salary reimbursements are $3,500 for salaries up to $17.74 per hour and $5,500 for salaries of $17.75 per hour or higher).
